The Changjiang River Badong waterway section conducts three-level safety education and training for new employees

To enable new employees to quickly integrate into the work status of Badong section and improve their self-protection awareness, Changjiang Badong waterway section carefully prepared and held a pre-job three-level safety education and training for new employees on September 9th at Yidao Mark 302 boat, and held a master-apprentice agreement signing ceremony.
In the three-level safety education and training class, Deputy Director Xu Zongwu led new employees to study the "Safety Law" and the "Fifty Articles on Safety Production of the Changjiang Navigation Administration Bureau". He used his own work experience and observations on the boat as examples to give a detailed explanation and emphasis on the fifty articles on safety production in a down-to-earth manner. Then, he conducted training for new employees on various regulations and systems, including personal safety, equipment safety, safety production and fire management, and network information security. This three-level safety education further enhanced the self-protection awareness of new employees, familiarized them with various regulations and systems of safety production, and established a firm safety awareness and tightened the safety string in their minds.
After the safety training, the section held a master-apprentice agreement signing ceremony, combining the relevant requirements of the bureau's personnel and education department for the cultivation of new employees. Comrade Yang Dongjing, a young employee, signed a master-apprentice agreement with Chief Engineer Song Yushu, establishing a master-apprentice relationship. Comrade Song Yushu stated that he would unreservedly impart his acquired business knowledge and experience to his apprentice, carefully care for his apprentice's work and life, and earnestly do a good job in passing on, helping, and leading, contributing new strength to the high-quality development of the Yichang waterway.
Through this training, new employees have a further understanding of the unit's various safety regulations and their future work nature, and can better and faster integrate into the Changjiang waterway family.
Next, the section will continue to strengthen the training of new employees on waterway production operations and safety management knowledge, actively advocate the mentoring system, do a good job in "passing on, helping, and leading", help improve the business skills of new employees, and enable them to better play their professional level at their posts.
