On the afternoon of September 9, the Changjiang Yichang Navigation Bureau held a special meeting on the operation of digital waterways to deploy the September operation of digital waterways. The meeting was presided over by Deputy Director Dong Zhengfa, with relevant staff from the Navigation Operation Department and the Navigation Mark Department in attendance.
At the meeting, Huang Qiang, deputy director of the Navigation Operation Department, conveyed the spirit of the Changjiang Navigation Bureau's "Notice on Further Deploying the September Operation of Digital Waterways," and reported on issues related to the current operation of digital waterways in the Changjiang Yichang Navigation Bureau. Subsequently, participants analyzed and discussed the problems and suggestions raised during the recent trial operation of digital waterways by grassroots units.
Dong Zhengfa emphasized that, based on the usage of various grassroots units, targeted improvement suggestions should be put forward, a work task decomposition table should be formed, work tasks should be completed according to the requirements of the superior authorities, specific measures and nodes should be clarified and responsibilities should be assigned to individuals, and every effort should be made to ensure the full operation of digital waterways by September 30.
